We buy only the finest quality Haddock from recognised and respected fish merchants. These merchants guarantee that all Wetherby Whaler Haddock has been sourced from sustainable, well maintained fishing grounds.

All our fish can be fully traceable from several well respected trawler operators from Norway and Iceland.
