Wetherby Whaler Social Media Competition – Terms and Conditions

1. Eligibility
   This competition is open to UK residents aged 18 and over. Employees of Wetherby Whaler and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.

2. How to Enter
   To enter, share a photo featuring the Wetherby Whaler on your public social media account (Facebook or Instagram). Your account must be set to public so we can view your entry.

3. Competition Period
   Entries must be submitted between June 2, 2025, and June 9, 2025. Any entries received after this time will not be considered.

4. Prize
   One winner will receive a £100 Wetherby Whaler voucher. The voucher is non-transferable, and no cash alternative is available.

5. Winner Selection
   One winner will be chosen at random from all valid entries received during the competition period. The decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.

6. Winner Notification
   The winner will be contacted via social media within 7 days of the competition closing. If the winner does not respond within 7 days, a new winner will be selected.

7. Use of Entries
   By entering, you consent to Wetherby Whaler sharing your photo on our social media channels, website, and in other promotional materials.

8. Data Protection
   Personal information will be used solely to administer this competition and will not be shared with any third parties.

9. General
   Wetherby Whaler reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition or these terms at any time without notice. This competition is not affiliated with or endorsed by Facebook or Instagram.
