We aim to make our menu information clear, accurate and easy to access. Where we provide nutritional values, these are based on the best available recipe and ingredient information and reviewed when recipes change.
Written allergen information is available to help you choose. If you have a food allergy, coeliac disease, an intolerance or a question about a dish, please speak to our team before ordering so we can explain the ingredients and preparation arrangements.

Our non-gluten fish and chips are available at all our restaurants and takeaways, all day, seven days a week.
We take care with their preparation and cooking:
Each frying range has a pan dedicated exclusively to non-gluten fish and chips.
This pan is positioned at the opposite end of the range from those used for fish in our traditional gluten-containing batter.
Separate cooking utensils help reduce the risk of cross-contamination during cooking.
All our staff have completed allergen training covering preparation, cooking, handling and serving.
We also offer a range of non-gluten starters, main courses and desserts. Please ask our team about the choices available and discuss your dietary requirements before placing your order.

Our kitchen teams follow documented recipes and serving guidance wherever possible to help keep portions and nutritional values consistent. We review ingredient specifications for opportunities to reduce salt, sugar and fat, and manage frying oils in line with our operational standards.
Our managers oversee this policy, supported by staff training in portion control, recipe consistency, allergen awareness and responding to your menu questions.
We review our commitments at least once a year, and sooner when significant changes to menus, suppliers or relevant guidance require it. Updates are shared with our teams and reflected in our menu information and procedures.
